Set up your location and opening hours
Enter your address and contact details, set your timezone, and configure your opening, delivery and takeaway hours.
Your location holds your address, contact details, and the hours you’re open. You manage it in Settings.
Enter your address and details
- In the sidebar, open Settings → General.
- Select the Location Details tab.
- Fill in your details: Location Name, Location Type, Telephone Number, Email Address, Address Line 1 & 2, City, County, Postcode, Country, and Timezone (United Kingdom or Greece).
- Save the block.
Set your opening hours
Scroll down the same Location Details tab to Opening Hours. There are four sets of hours, each with its own heading:
- Business Hours — when you’re open.
- Reservation Hours, Delivery Hours, Takeaway Hours — each can be set to Same as opening hours or Custom hours.
For each day you can add one or more time ranges (Start time / End time), tick Open 24 hours, or use Copy to all days to save time. A day left with no times is treated as Closed.
Use Sync across all if you want to apply one pattern everywhere at once, then Save each section.
Tip: Delivery, takeaway and reservation hours default to mirroring your Business Hours — only switch a section to Custom hours if it genuinely differs.
